Revival Hotels

The Team

With a combined 40+ years of experience as owners, operators, and consultants to some of the best and most unique hospitality assets across the world, Saxton Sharad and Mike Hoover saw a white space in today’s hospitality industry and have built Revival Hotels to address this gap. Most recently, during their tenures as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at Graduate Hotels, the company skyrocketed from 12 to 35 properties, including an international expansion, making it the world’s fastest growing wholly-owned and managed hotel company ever.

In addition to property level consulting, Saxton served as an advisor to hotel brands including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Meadowood Resort, and Omni Hotels & Resorts.

Previously in his career, Mike oversaw the hotel operations at Blackberry Farm and assisted in conceptualized the operations for the company’s sister ultra-luxury resorts Blackberry Mountain and High Hampton. Through his tenure, Blackberry Farm was continuously recognized by internationally recognized travel publications as one of the highest rated luxury resorts in the world with Blackberry Mountain being named Andrew Harper’s “Hideaway of The Year”. Prior to his success with Blackberry Farm, Mike served in various General Manager positions for Charlestowne Hotels and Vail Resorts where he specialized in new openings, renovations and rebrandings of independent properties.
